Use this form to request files backup in case of files loss.
We keep backups for our clients just in case they return or lose their files.
Our staff can track your goods in the archived drive and recreate an organized folder.
To properly track your client folder, we require the project name and your first name.
Projects from 5 years ago may no longer function properly, or may not be found in our archives.
If we are unable to track your customer folder the payment will be safely cancelled or declined.
The process normally takes up to 72 hours, once the files are ready we will intiate a new delivery.
